United Freeway Transportation LLC

I sent a complaint letter to the Attorney General of PA, and complained with the BBB against United Freeway Transportation. They failed to transport my vehicle and subsequent refusal to refund my payment. Additionally, I've discovered the use of fake identities by their employees, who claimed to be Americans, were actually foreigners using fake American names. Upon investigations, it became evident that some of these individuals are from Bangladesh and some Islamic countries. It is noteworthy that Mohammed Amin serves as the Chief Executive.

I made numerous attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, including phone calls and texts. Despite these efforts, I've not received any indication of a willingness to address the issue. I strongly believe UNITED FREEWAY TRANSPORTATION has engaged in deceptive business practices and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. Additionally, the use of fake identities by their employees raises serious ethical concerns and warrants investigation by regulatory authorities. Also I'll contact Consumer Advocacy Organizations, they should be interested in investigating unethical practice like writing FAKE REVIEWS. Such actions not only compromise the integrity of consumer feedback but also raise ethical and potentially legal concerns

This is the 3rd time I've had a vehicle shipped to me. This time proved to be the hardest to find a reliable company. Between the texts and emails your head will start to spin - who can I trust? I will say without a doubt that I would ask for ROBIN at United Freeway Trans. He worked super hard to get the rate I was looking for. He guaranteed the rate, and the car was delivered as promised and I wasn't charged a dime more than I was quoted and promised. The language barrier between the driver was a little hard before, but after meeting his on delivery he was a super pleasant guy. This is not a paid review.

Service cost: $700

I received a quote from Paul on Wednesday 3/2/22 looking to have my vehicle transported . He called multiple times texted and emailed . We agreed on a price of $860 and I paid a deposit if $200 along with a screenshot as proof on Thursday 3/3/22 and was advised the remaining balance would be due on delivery. Signed the contract . The next day I received a call from Paul stating the price was now $1200! I advised I wouldn’t do it for that price because we already had a legal binding contract for a price already. He advised he would refund my money in 2 days at most and send him my information . However it is now Monday 3/7/22 and someone by the name of Robert has been calling and texting me advising someone name Franky was fired I never dealt with anyone by that name. However this person also stated they’d refund my money with 7 business days ! UNACCEPTABLE! I advised that I would like to receive my refund TODAY 3/7/22 or I am going to have my attorney contact this company.

Service cost: $890

I dealt with Alan Gray and he was attentive and stayed on top of things even when I did not. I am usually very busy so it's difficult at times to ensure things outside of work get done. Alan acted like a concierge and ensured things were done and responded quickly.

I did have a qoute difference on delivery but I insisted the driver recheck the invoice and it was quickly resolved. People make mistakes, but Alex was honest to admit it and correct it.
