United Freeway Transportation angages in deceptive business practices

I sent a complaint letter to the Attorney General of PA, and complained with the BBB against United Freeway Transportation. They failed to transport my vehicle and subsequent refusal to refund my payment. Additionally, I've discovered the use of fake identities by their employees, who claimed to be Americans, were actually foreigners using fake American names. Upon investigations, it became evident that some of these individuals are from Bangladesh and some Islamic countries. It is noteworthy that Mohammed Amin serves as the Chief Executive.

I made numerous attempts to contact them to resolve the issue, including phone calls and texts. Despite these efforts, I've not received any indication of a willingness to address the issue. I strongly believe UNITED FREEWAY TRANSPORTATION has engaged in deceptive business practices and failed to fulfill their contractual obligations. Additionally, the use of fake identities by their employees raises serious ethical concerns and warrants investigation by regulatory authorities. Also I'll contact Consumer Advocacy Organizations, they should be interested in investigating unethical practice like writing FAKE REVIEWS. Such actions not only compromise the integrity of consumer feedback but also raise ethical and potentially legal concerns

ROBIN at United Freeway Transportation

This is the 3rd time I've had a vehicle shipped to me. This time proved to be the hardest to find a reliable company. Between the texts and emails your head will start to spin - who can I trust? I will say without a doubt that I would ask for ROBIN at United Freeway Trans. He worked super hard to get the rate I was looking for. He guaranteed the rate, and the car was delivered as promised and I wasn't charged a dime more than I was quoted and promised. The language barrier between the driver was a little hard before, but after meeting his on delivery he was a super pleasant guy. This is not a paid review.

Never sent me a refund

I was supposed to send them $200 broker fee. My bank had a glitch and sent the money from my account twice. This company was notified multiple times and they confirmed that they were double paid. Their response was, “You double paid, not our problem” and never sent me a refund. Money hungry people.

My name is Hester McLean. I can't say enough what a wonderful transport service United freeway transport is.They done such a great job moving My grandson car to Florida. They were a day early then when they was supose to get it there. The young man that transported was awesome. I wrote a review early but it put a 1 star on but that needs to be disregard because this company is truly a 5 star company. I will always use them if I ever ship again

Scam

I received a quote from Paul on Wednesday 3/2/22 looking to have my vehicle transported . He called multiple times texted and emailed . We agreed on a price of $860 and I paid a deposit if $200 along with a screenshot as proof on Thursday 3/3/22 and was advised the remaining balance would be due on delivery. Signed the contract . The next day I received a call from Paul stating the price was now $1200! I advised I wouldn’t do it for that price because we already had a legal binding contract for a price already. He advised he would refund my money in 2 days at most and send him my information . However it is now Monday 3/7/22 and someone by the name of Robert has been calling and texting me advising someone name Franky was fired I never dealt with anyone by that name. However this person also stated they’d refund my money with 7 business days ! UNACCEPTABLE! I advised that I would like to receive my refund TODAY 3/7/22 or I am going to have my attorney contact this company.

Great transportation experience

Simon Jones helped me through the process. I had previously hired another company and they flaked the day of.As You can imagine I was upset and nervous to use someone else but I had to transport my vehicles.

I scrambled to find someone else and Simon found Hyak for me within a couple days. They were picked up on Saturday and delivered Wednesday morning.

Easy, Fast, Reliable, Honest

I dealt with Alan Gray and he was attentive and stayed on top of things even when I did not. I am usually very busy so it's difficult at times to ensure things outside of work get done. Alan acted like a concierge and ensured things were done and responded quickly.

I did have a qoute difference on delivery but I insisted the driver recheck the invoice and it was quickly resolved. People make mistakes, but Alex was honest to admit it and correct it.

Max, my broker at United Freeway, was polite, professional and very accommodating. After the first driver’s truck broke down, he worked hard to find a new shipper, keeping me updated via text. My Lexus was delivered to its out-of-state destination promptly and in perfect condition. The whole process went better than expected. Thanks again, Max, for going above and beyond my expectations!

Long-distance move from Mead, OK to Twin Falls, ID

Beware! Horrible company to use

Never received our RV at the delivery location. I was told the company had insurance and was a legal company but turns out they had a revoke license driver and no insurance to cover the loss of our RV. No one wants to take responsibility so only use them if your willing to gamble the odds of receiving your vehicle in one piece or the chance of loosing tens of thousands of dollars because they don't properly vet for proper licensing and insurance. MyRV

was wrecked and left abandoned in pieces. No one called us or offered any help with clean up and no insurance will take responsibility. United freeway transport is saying its not there problem, but why hire a professional broker to get your load professionally transported if they dont do their job and then say well its not our problem deal with the company we provided you that was not insured or had a licensed driver. Play it safe and stay away from them.

Asked to take down my orginal honest review

I already left as honest review of service. Then Robert who helped me texted me asking me to take down my review. Because he would get fired, he stated. I told him that was my honest experience. Then manger Benjamin Henderson stared to text harassing asking to take down reviews also. So here’s what happened. I booked it in March and was quoted $2000. Then 3 days till pickup of cars the price was changed to $3250. $900 of it to united freeway transport and $2350 to driver. The driver was scheduled for pick up 6-28-23 at 9am. Then showed up at midnight. And told me he would be way early to drop off cars. I told Robert this. Then Robert told me it would be delivered 7-9-23 like originally planned. No communication with driver, he texted me to say he’d be late. Then driver showed up on 7-16-23. I told Robert I was unhappy about it. He said to take money off driver bill I told driver and he said he Wasent informed. The whole situation was stressful. Glad I put tracker in my cars. No help from anyone.

Texas to Maryland Cost $770 Although the agreed price was $650. But they were unable to find the driver at that price. After two weeks my car was shipped by UFT. They stayed in communication throughout and really worked hard to make this happen.

I just recently had my car transported from Florida to Arizona. I used United Freeway Transportation and Lisa McMillan was a huge help during the process. She made everything easy and was informative and very kind every time we communicated. The car got delivered very quickly and for a great price. This was the lowest price I found on the internet after shopping for transportation services for a week. I could not be happier with the service.

Allan Gray and Simon Jones were Very very helpful and amazing service. Had to ship my car immediately, most of the dealers asked for high price for same day shipment but these guys managed to find driver the same day at very decent price.

Car was picked up and delivered safely. The company does very good work on searching drivers.

They do follow up till your car is dropped off safely.

Definitely recommend!

This is one honest and transparent car moving company out there. Matt was great, honest and genuinely worked with me. I paid no deposit until my car was actually moved and then paid the final amount at the new location. There was no issues on the way, and my car was delivered 2 days later in the new location, a total of over 2000 miles. This company is one I will use again and will surely recommend it to others. 5 stars!

DENNIS HANDLED THE SITUATION VERY PROFESSIONALLY, ALWAYS RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS IMMEDIATELY.

THE DRIVER PICKED UP THE VEHICLE THE SAME DAY THAT WAS PROMISED, SECURED THE VEHICLE INSIDE AN ENCLOSED TRAILER AND THE DRIVER IMMEDIATELY LEFT MY RESIDENCE, DROVE STRAIGHT THROUGH TO OHIO AND DELIVERED THE CAR THE NEXT MORNING. PRICE WAS NOT CHANGED, DELIVERY WAS NOT DELAYED, VEHICLE WAS NOT DAMAGED, WHAT MORE CAN I ASK FOR? Robert was very helpful

We needed to transport our 2016 Chevy trax across the country from California to Maryland. Robert reached out with a quote, it ended up being a little higher than his quote, but it was understandable given that the gas prices had just skyrocketed, and Robert was even able to negotiate the price back down a little for us, and hooked us up with a driver that got the car safely and promptly to its destination.

Simon made my car transport work from Illinois to Florida so easy. It was when other transport company messed up my shipment (asking double the money to assign a driver), Simon came to my rescue. He immediately arranged a driver for me at very reasonable rate. He is very helpful, honest and communicative. He quoted me a price and held on to the same price till the delivery, which is rare to find with transport companies. The car was picked up the very next day. Even the driver was very professional. I received my car in the same condition as it was picked up. I will definitely work with Simon and his transport company for my future car shipment needs.
